Answer to Question 1

30 lbs x 0.8 x 1.1 = 26.4 pounds refrigerant

20 pounds tare weight + 26.4 pounds of refrigerant = 46.4 pounds total safe fill weight

Answer to Question 2

This switch triggers an alarm when the filters become dirty.
