There are countless potential hazards that might be encountered including working in and around systems that might cause electrical, fire or explosion hazards, water hazards, confined spaces, poisoning from ingestion or exposure to harmful or potentially toxic chemicals or biological contaminants, climbing on ladders or scaffolds or surfaces where slips and falls might occur.
