High dry storage of candy or floral cases
Medium  should be cold but should not freeze  eggs, produce, dairy Low  frozen  ice, frozen food

Answer to Question 2

Air source heat pumps circulate less refrigerant at low ambient temperatures and the refrigerant not being used must be stored somewhere
