Answer to Question 1

In the factory it is heated to 1300 in ovens. In the field it is heated until red with a torch.

Answer to Question 2

No. To prevent disaster, cylinders should never be filled more than 80 full of liquid by volume and they should not be stored or used in temperatures exceeding 125F.
