Why might customers complain about their heat pump systems being cold and drafty?

Answer to Question 1

The supply air temperature is lower than the air of warm air furnaces. Heat pump registers should be placed where the supply air does not blow directly on the people in the house.

121 BTU/lb  64 BTU/lb = 57 BTU/lb
