A  lower toxicity - requires more than 400 parts per million to be hazardous B- higher toxicity  requires less than 400 parts per million to be hazardous

The lowest temperature at which the heat pump can heat the structure is called the balance point. Below this temperature, auxiliary heat will be required to maintain comfort conditions.
