Answer to Question 1

125F - 130F fan on temperature 95F - 100F fan off temperature

Answer to Question 2

A reverse acting aquastat will start the circulator upon a rise in temperature instead of a drop. This allows the furnace enough time to heat up before the circulator begins pushing cold water back to the furnace
