Answer to Question 1

High pressure burners do not require barometric draft regulators and can be used with sealed combustion oil furnaces that bring all their combustion and ventilation air in from outside.

Answer to Question 2

Older traditional furnaces operated between 50 and 60  efficiency while mid efficiency furnaces operate between 80 and 89 efficiency.
