Answer to Question 1

Always follow the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer; the required line sizes will normally be given in the installation manual shipped with the equipment.

Answer to Question 2

65 psig + 15 = 80 psia or 65 psig + 14.7 = 79.7 psia
