Noise pollution is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Federal Aviation Administration regulates noise pollution generated by airplanes.

Answer to Question 2

Engineers and constructors need to be aware of sustainability practices because they could be required to implement sustainability measures on their projects by the owners of the projects. They are affected by sustainability because they might be required to incorporate sustainability practices into their designs or to follow sustainability guidelines during construction.
