Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

The standard contracts that are used most frequently during construction projects are the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the contract documents published by the Associated General Contractors. These two standard contracts are used more frequently because engineers normally write construction contracts and they are familiar with the Engineers Joint Contract Documents and if the contractor provides the contract to a client they would usually be familiar with the Associated General Contractor contract documents.
