Answer to Question 1

The advantages of using dispute review boards are the frequency in which occur (possible every week), the familiarity of the dispute review board members with the construction project, being able to settle disputes rapidly, the ability of the dispute review board members to visit the job site or be located at the job site during construction, and the availability of information that could be provided to the dispute review board members.

Answer to Question 2

It may be advisable to develop an unconstrained scheduling network in
order to begin the scheduling analysis with an ideal case. As constraints are imposed
in successive iterations, the scheduler will have a fuller appreciation of the impact
that specific constraints have on the project duration. As these project extensions are
recognized, it will be easier to isolate the impact of specific constraints. If these
constraints are recognized early in the scheduling effort, it might be tempting to
automatically incorporate them in the original schedule and thereby limit or reduce
scheduling flexibility, increase project duration generally add to project cost, and
confuse the scheduling logic.

Hypertension is a silent killer because it is deadly and has no significant early symptoms. The danger from hypertension is the extra load on the heart, which can lead to hypertensive heart disease and kidney damage. This occurs without any major symptoms until the high blood pressure becomes extreme. Regular blood pressure checks are an important method of catching hypertension before it can kill you.
