  a. tax maps and population densities
  b. specifications of constructions materials
  c. plan and profile views showing pipe location, size and slope
  d. construction cost estimates
  e. instructions for pipeline installation and maintenance

Question 2

Explain the conditions under which owners and contractors are allowed to terminate contracts if a termination clause is included in contracts.

Termination clauses allow owners to terminate for convenience, but some governments do not allow such unilateral termination unless there is a termination clause in contracts. Some legal systems require judicial consent for owners to terminate contracts without termination clauses. Termination clauses should state the conditions under which an owner may terminate a contract.
