In engineering contracts, what is a typical format for payments to the engineering firm for design services?
 
  What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

Submittal of bonds and insurance certificates should be submitted by the bidder to whom the contract has been awarded:
 
  A. at the time of submitting the original Bid.
   B. after receiving the Notice to Proceed from the owner/engineer.
   C. after receiving the Notice to Proceed, but before signing the Agreement.
   D. after receiving Notice of Award, but before owner signs the Agreement.

For engineering contracts the typical format for payments to engineering firms for design services is the following:

a) 10 preliminary investigation
b) 35 preliminary design
c) 65 final design unchecked
d) 100 final design and checked
