Actual authority is conferred on someone when they are provided with legal authority to perform work or other acts on the behalf of a principle and apparent authority occurs when an owner acts as if an individual is acting on their behalf.

Answer to Question 2

The best method for indicating when an agency contract terminates is to state when the objective of the agency contract is completed or when the agent finishes a specific event.
