Company brochures are used to create initial impressions among prospective customers. They provide information about the construction company, the company's philosophy, the core competencies of the company's employees, and a record of past project successes.

The factors that should be considered in selecting a company logo are: simplicity, good visibility, meaningful to employees and customers, and different from those of competitors.
