Answer to Question 1

29 CFR 1926 is the OSHA standard that applies specifically to construction. It is divided into subparts numbered from A to Z. Each subpart covers a specific area of concern. Subpart A covers purpose, scope, variances from safety and health standards, and enforcement of the standards. A major focus of this subpart is the right of the U.S. Secretary of Labor or the designated representative of the Secretary to enter any jobsite that falls under the jurisdiction of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Acts (Section 107). The principal message contained in this subpart is that the Secretary has the right to conduct on-site inspections to determine if a construction company is complying with applicable standards. There is also a detailed explanation of the rules governing administrative adjudication of cases when violations are noted by an inspector in the process of enforcing the OSHA standards. Subpart A contains the following sections:
 1926.1 Purpose and scope
1926.2 Variations from safety and health standards
 1926.3 Inspections  right of entry
1926.4 Rule of practice for administrative adjudication's for enforcement of safety and health standards

Every flu season is different, and even healthy people can get extremely sick from the flu, as well as spread it to others. The flu season can begin as early as October and last as late as May. Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
