Answer to Question 1

A sea breeze is created when the land warms more quickly than the water, which tends to occur in the spring and summer.

Answer to Question 2

When a gas or liquid flows in a straight line, it is called laminar flow; when it is disturbed such that the flow is no longer in a straight line, it is called turbulent flow.
