According to the nebular theory, where should jovian planets form?
 
  A) in the cold outer regions of the disk, where rocks, metals, and ices can condense
  B) within the inner few AU of the disk, where only rocks and metals can condense
  C) at the inner edge of the planet forming disk, where even metal and rock evaporate
