An AC voltage source has an amplitude of 96. V and frequency 400. Hz. The voltage was zero at t = 0 and was increasing.
 
  (a) What is the effective rms voltage?
  (b) What is the instantaneous voltage at 1.00 ms?
  (c) When will the voltage be 40. V?
