Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

The Planck Era was the first 10-35 seconds of the universe. We do not know what happened, because we do not have a theory of quantum gravity or knowledge of the interior of a singularity. When the Planck Era was over, the universe had cooled to only 10-32 K.
