If you were a professor, what advice would you give a student who proposes the following research project in order to increase the efficiency of the experiment.
 
  Study 1 will investigate the effect of an instructor's gender on student evaluations of the course and Study 2 will investigate the effect of upper level versus lower level courses on student evaluations of the course.
