Uranus and Neptune appear bluish in color because:
 
  A) methane gas in their atmospheres absorbs red light well.
  B) ammonia absorbs blue light well.
  C) hydrogen and helium are both blue in large concentrations.
  D) dust motes in their atmospheres scatter blue well, just as in our own blue sky.
