What is the only element in your body that was formed during the Big Bang, and not in cores of stars? Explain how you know this.

Hydrogen was formed during the Big Bang and not in stellar cores. In stellar cores, hydrogen is fused into heavier elements, so the hydrogen used is that which was formed in the Big Bang.
