What is the likeliest way to fix a center-tapped transformer which outputs unequal voltages on each half of the secondary?
 
  A) Add some turns to the half with the lower voltage winding.
  B) Replace the transformer.
  C) Do not concern yourself; the customer will probably not notice the problem.
  D) Remove some turns from the half with the higher voltage winding.

If a 1 F capacitor and a 10 k resistor are connected in series across 20 VDC, approximately how much voltage will the capacitor drop after charging for just one time constant?
