How must MR1 and MR2 be connected before a 7490, 7492, or 7493 counter can function?
 
  A) MR1 or MR2 must be LOW. B) MR1 must be LOW, MR2 must be HIGH.
  C) MR1 and MR2 must be HIGH. D) MR1 must be HIGH, MR2 must be LOW.
