Answer to Question 1

What is really important for the coolant is the heat capacity. The specific heat is
important because that allows us to distinguish more useful materials that can act as
coolants. The mass of hydrogen is so much less than that of water, say, that hydrogen is not
very good as a practical coolant.

Answer to Question 2

Lithium is a good material to use for thermal energy transfer in a fusion reactor,
but not for this reason. It is a rather nasty element to handle. It binds easily to many
materials with a relatively high energy output.

Over time, chronic hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus infections can progress to advanced liver disease, liver failure, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Unlike other forms, more than 80% of hepatitis C infections become chronic and lead to liver disease. When combined with hepatitis B, hepatitis C now accounts for 75% percent of all cases of liver disease around the world.
