Electronvolts are the appropriate unit for atomic electrons, but megaelectronvolts
are more appropriate for describing nuclei.

Answer to Question 2

This is true for specific heats, but not heat capacities. The heat capacity depends
on how much material there is. Any different amount of a materialsay, aluminumwill
have differing heat capacities. There is no way to list them all in a book, nor would one want
to.
