In a certain region of space, a uniform electric field is in the x direction. A particle with negative charge is carried from x = 20.0 cm to x = 60.0 cm. The particle moves to a position where the electric potential is:
  1.higher than before.
  2.unchanged.
  3.lower than before.
  4.unpredictable.

Reflection is a change in wave direction due to the bouncing back from a boundary
between two media. Refraction is a change in wave direction due to a change in the
velocity of the wave as it moves into a new media.
