A charged particle is moving perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field. The radius of its path can be decreased most by
  1.decreasing the magnitude of the magnetic field.
  2.increasing its velocity.
  3.decreasing its velocity and increasing the magnitude of the magnetic field.
  4.increasing its velocity and decreasing the magnitude of the magnetic field.
