Acceleration is the time rate of change of velocity. Ex: a ball falls with an
acceleration of 9.8 m s2 when released near the surface of the Earth.

Answer to Question 2

Velocity is the time rate of change of displacement. Ex: a car is traveling north at
60 km/h.
