Recently, there has been an increase in new cases of HIV in the U.S. due to shifts in attitudes about prevention. One of the reasons given for this increase is safe-sex fatigue. What does this mean?
 
  a. being tired of having to always engage in safer sex practices
  b. a belief that HIV is curable and therefore safe-sex practices are no longer needed
  c. a sense of invincibility, which leads people to abandon safer sex practices
