Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

Answer: The equilibrium rule states Newton's first law of motion in equation form So it relates very well. When no net force acts on an object, the motion of the object doesn't change. If at rest it remains at rest. If moving with constant velocity, it remains moving at constant velocity.
