When working to promote change in health and human service organizations it is important to recognize that
 
  A. These organizations are impersonal, devoid of human qualities - so any change effort must use rational argument as a primary tool for change.
  B. These organizations are essentially businesses and should be run like a business.
  C. If you as a worker are not intentionally engaged in improving the system in which you work, you support the maintenance of the problems you face in trying to do your job.
