  B. Bring the existence of harmful conditions affecting this client and others to the attention of those who are in a position to act on that awareness.
  C. Protect client confidentiality by keeping individual clients separate.
  D. Helping individual clients by encouraging them to keep a journal about the mistakes they are making.
