The most powerful Gestalt interventions are
 
  a. focused in the exploring the past and associated feelings and are awareness-oriented.
  b. based on exploring the way a person thinks and encouraging the person to try new ways of thinking.
  c. focused in the exploring the mind/body connection. Body awareness is the answer to every psychological problem.
