How does posttraumatic growth occur?
 
  a. It occurs through the sharing of the traumatic experience with others.
  b. Just experiencing a traumatic event brings about emotional growth.
  c. Through therapeutic interventions such as critical incident stress debriefing.
  d. Trauma can never lead to growth due to the psychological damage that always occurs through the experiencing of it.
