When Adlerian counselors interpret client stories or dreams, what do they do with the interpretations?
 
  a. Write them in the chart to inform future treatment plan decisions.
  b. Share them with their respective clients so that they can test the interpretations and jointly agree on needed actions .
  c. Discuss them with a supervisor to identify transference and counter-transference issues.
  d. Identify the underlying purpose for each symptom and then advise the client to stop retreating from life's demands .
