Answer to Question 1

List the three principal outcome-focused goals of helping, and illustrate each of these goals with examples that demonstrate how CDOI is applied.

What did Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi mean by the phrase nurturing the positive, and how has their work contributed to the development of positive psychology? What concerns have arisen with respect to positive psychology and how did Lazarus address these concerns?
