Using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, group members can help working members identify and dispute irrational thoughts, understand that it's their thoughts that cause their feelings, and clarify the working member's thoughts or feelings by asking questions. (p.XXXX) Using Reality Therapy, other members can help the working member identify their needs, what they really want, what he or she is doing, how to make better choices, and in developing and assessing a plan of action. (p.XXXXX) Using Adlerian Therapy, other members can help the working member identify and challenge guiding fictions, mistaken goals, and the purpose of his or her behavior. Adlerian Therapy places importance on social interaction, and group work is a perfect context for this. (p.
