Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy can be taught to groups through a real situation that a member shares or by asking members where they think their feelings come from. Ultimately, the leader will teach members that their thoughts cause their feelings, and this can be demonstrated using a number of creative props, such as a whiteboard, analogies, chairs, or cassette tapes.
