If a member has been rambling and repeating himself for a little while, how might the leader use other members to cut that member off and still stay with the person? How can other members of the group be involved in this process?

Answer to Question 1

After cutting a member off, the leader can use other members in the group to work with the first member by asking the other members to role play the first member, ask the member questions, or give the member feedback. In this way, the other members of the group are still engaged and the group can cut the member off to be helpful to him.
