When planning an anger management group, several issues the leader would want to consider would be: 1 . members thoughts on where anger comes from: this question focuses on responsibility and ability to manage one's behavior. 2 . kinds of situations members respond to with anger; this questions gives the leader information regarding specific situations and behaviors that she needs to be ready to work on. 3 . how members are currently handling their anger; this question helps the leader determine the level of awareness and effectiveness of the members' handling their anger; and 4 . what members learned about anger growing up; this information helps the leader and the members evaluate learned patterns of behavior that can be changed.
