Answer to Question 1

Planning too many exercises does not allow the leader to fully process each one to sufficient depth nor allow the members to receive maximum value from what is presented. When processing does not occur at sufficient depth and members are not given space and opportunity to share their reactions, feelings, and thoughts about the exercises planned, new learning and impact may not occur.

Answer to Question 2

True
