o The interactive capability of computerized systems allows users to become more actively involved in the career guidance process; users seek more information about the process itself,
o Motivation is sustained through the unique use of immediate feedback.
o The opportunity to personalize career search strategies.
o Computer assisted career guidance systems, provide systematic career exploration and career decision programs that may be accessed at any given time.
o Access to large databases of up to date information for local, state, national and international locations is immediately available. The availability of service to remote locations, cost effectiveness, and rapid turnaround for assessment results has distinct advantages.
