What is the difference between a slip and a lapse?
 
  A. A slip is a onetime occurrence and a lapse is a return to use (but not at pretreatment levels).
   B. A lapse is falling off the wagon whereas a slip is not.
   C. A slip is the same as a relapse and a lapse is a onetime event.
