What is unfinished business and how should it be handled in the closing of a group?

What is unfinished business and how should it be handled in the closing of a group?
 Unfinished business occurs when someone hurts someone or is hurt by someone in group, and the problem fails to be resolved between relevant people
 It can be handled by having members address it during closure; members should be encouraged to discuss directly with other members any unfinished business they may be holding onto
