Answer to Question 1

Answer:
Mutual respect means that you must allow for differences, staying away from judgements of right or wrong and blaming stances, and respect your own feelings as well as the feelings of others.
Emotional honesty is feelings that happen inside of us. They are not judgments about others and are different than thoughts. They are neither good, nor bad and they aren't actions or behaviors.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: It is a regularly scheduled meeting that is designed to provide an opportunity for the teacher and the students to learn the democratic procedure of cooperation, mutual respect, emotional honesty, and responsibility.
