Jim is about to embark on a self-change project, but seems ambivalent about it. What's the best advice you can give him?
 
  a. Delay until he is sure he wants to change.
  b. Make a list of all the advantages of changing.

  d. Make a list of the advantages and disadvantages of changing.

Clarabelle has just started her diet. She ends up at an office party and decides she can cheat on her diet, just this once.. Why might that be problematic?
