Maya is trying to become a better public speaker. A good tactic to use is to:
 
  a. Read lots of books on public speaking
  b. Figure out what her problems are with public speaking
  c. Watch and imitate Kari, who is a good public speaker
  d. Change her goal as public speaking isn't important

Question 2

Ayda is not sure what to do to reach her goal. She should:
 
  a. specify the chain of behaviors that will lead to the goal.
  b. find some undesirable behavior to increase.
  c. specify the tempting qualities.
